1): Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or participating in programs or events offered by Apollo Innovation Academy (“the Academy”), participants agree to these Terms of Service.
The Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in Academy programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2): Program Registration and Payment
Enrollment in any program offered by the Academy requires completion of the registration process and payment of any applicable fees.
The Academy reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion.
A tuition deposit may be required to secure a seat in a program.
3): Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Academy.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
Any tuition deposit paid to reserve a seat in a program is non-refundable.
Additional refund conditions, if applicable, may be communicated at the time of enrollment.
4): Program Changes or Cancellation
The Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any program.
Programs may be cancelled if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
In the event that a program is cancelled by the Academy before it begins, participants will be offered either:
a transfer to a future cohort, or
a refund of any tuition paid excluding any non-refundable deposits if applicable.
5): Curriculum and Instruction
The Academy continuously improves its curriculum and teaching materials.
As such, the Academy reserves the right to modify program content, instructional methods, or curriculum at any time at the discretion of faculty.
These changes may occur before or during the program.
6): Distribution of Materials
Classwork (Recordings, Assignments, Lecture Materials, and so on) that are distributed by faculty of The Academy may not be distributed without explicit permission of faculty from The Academy.
Students are not allowed to claim ownership of materials that they did not create, such as assignments provided by The Academy.
